1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• "artiqq," "we," "us," "our" refers to the artiqq gaming platform operated under international gaming licenses, providing online casino games, sports betting, and related gaming services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses an account on the artiqq platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player to access artiqq services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, and related features offered through the artiqq platform.
• "Website" or "Platform" refers to https://artiqq.cam and all associated mobile applications, software, and interfaces.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player into their artiqq Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds requested by a Player to be transferred from their artiqq Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by artiqq to Players.
• "Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on artiqq.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any Services offered by artiqq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and artiqq.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the artiqq platform and may not create or maintain an Account. Continued use of the platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

artiqq reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of artiqq Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use an artiqq Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. artiqq strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where participation in online gaming through internationally licensed platforms is not explicitly prohibited. You represent and warrant that your use of artiqq Services does not violate any applicable local, state, or national laws in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You represent that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a binding agreement with artiqq.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on artiqq. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all funds across all Accounts.

3.5 Restricted Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using artiqq Services:

• Individuals previously excluded or self-excluded from artiqq or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Employees of artiqq, our affiliates, gaming providers, payment processors, or their immediate family members;
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Individuals using VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask their true location;
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person or entity rather than in their personal capacity.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred banking details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Verification (Know Your Customer / KYC)

artiqq implements a risk-based verification approach to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and protect against fraud. We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details);
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

Verification may be required before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal denial.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for other online services;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify artiqq customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. artiqq will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting artiqq customer support. Upon Account closure:

• You must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to verification requirements);
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited;
• Pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes;
• Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy;
• You may not create a new Account without artiqq's explicit written permission.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

artiqq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian financial institutions and payment methods:

• Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). artiqq does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your artiqq Account.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and Player status. Most deposits are processed instantly and appear in your Account within one to three (1-3) minutes. If a deposit does not appear within thirty (30) minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

artiqq does not charge deposit fees. However, your financial institution may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees (if applicable), or other charges beyond our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Process and Timing

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Standard withdrawal processing time is two to four (2-4) hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed the following business day.

VIP Players enjoy expedited withdrawal processing: Gold tier members receive processing within one (1) hour, Platinum tier members within fifteen to thirty (15-30) minutes, and Diamond tier members within fifteen (15) minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering compliance.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

artiqq reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Account has not completed KYC verification when required;
• Deposit amount has not been wagered at least one (1) time (anti-money laundering requirement);
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• Player has outstanding obligations to artiqq;
• Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, abuse, or Terms violations;
• Requested withdrawal method differs from the deposit method used (except where deposit method does not support withdrawals);
• Technical issues with payment processors beyond artiqq's control.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

artiqq maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. artiqq reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or exhibiting unusual patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction reversal and Account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

artiqq offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Key bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x) before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 20%, and live dealer games contribute 10%, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the maximum bet may void bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days for deposit bonuses, 7 days for free bets and cashback). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

artiqq strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite bets on roulette);
• Irregularly large bets inconsistent with normal play patterns;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus systems;
• Exploiting software errors or technical glitches to gain unfair bonus advantage.

Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may lead to Account termination.

6.3 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

artiqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus under prior terms will generally be permitted to complete wagering under those terms, except in cases of abuse or technical error.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Fairness and RNG Certification

All casino games offered on artiqq use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems tested and audited by independent third-party organizations. RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by artiqq or any party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, void bets, and result determination. Key principles include:

• Bet Acceptance: artiqq reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once accepted, bets cannot be canceled by the Player except in exceptional circumstances at artiqq's sole discretion.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). Settlement may be delayed pending official result confirmation.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in cases of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds, wrong team names), postponed or abandoned events (subject to specific sport rules), or disciplinary changes (e.g., match result overturned by governing body).
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting odds change rapidly based on match progress. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Slight delays in live data feeds may occur.

7.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited:

• Arbitrage betting (exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms);
• Syndicate betting (coordinated group betting);
• Betting on events where you have inside information or can influence the outcome;
• Using automated betting software or bots;
• Exploiting technical errors or software glitches to place unfair bets.

Violation of betting rules may result in bet voidance, winnings confiscation, and Account termination.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, incorrect game outcomes, or communication failures, artiqq reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund stake amounts. artiqq will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refunded stake amount.

8. Responsible Gaming

artiqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Players. We provide comprehensive tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of session duration and net win/loss.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with no option to reopen.

8.2 Age Verification

If we discover an Account belongs to an individual under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited. 9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While artiqq strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. artiqq will not be liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, artiqq's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

artiqq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, regardless of whether artiqq was advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless artiqq, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of Services, your violation of any law or rights of any third party, or your provision of false or misleading information.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by artiqq

artiqq reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we suspect:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Provision of false information during registration or verification;
• Use of the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other Players.

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation. artiqq will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 Termination by artiqq

artiqq may terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate material provisions of these Terms;
• We determine your continued use of Services poses risk to artiqq or other Players;
• You fail to provide requested verification documentation;
• You are found to have multiple Accounts;
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate termination.

Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned to you following verification, minus any amounts owed to artiqq. Winnings obtained through fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which artiqq holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of artiqq Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with artiqq customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

11.3 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding artiqq Services:

2. Our support team will investigate and respond within five (5) business days.

11.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution
